Prolog Fulfilment Ltd are required by law to publish an annual Gender Pay Gap report. This is the report for the snapshot date of 5th April 2020 (note: The submission date was extended by the Government due to the impact of Covid-19). This is the first Gender Pay Gap Report for Prolog Fulfilment Ltd which commenced trading 2019.

The Gender Pay Gap report shows the difference between the average earnings of men and women across our operations, irrespective of role, seniority, or length of service.

As such, this is a different calculation to equal pay, which compares the salary paid to men and women carrying out the same job.

We are committed to the principle of equal opportunities and equal treatment for all of our employees, and we take pride in this as part of our values at Prolog Fulfilment Ltd.

We are confident that we pay men and women the same for carrying out the same roles and that through our structured review process, we are advancing colleagues without reference to gender.
