1. Overview


1.1  PFL are committed to safeguarding and preserving the privacy of visitors to our website. This following policy outlines how we will collect, handle and process data of our customers and ensure confidentiality.

It is sometimes possible to identify the company/ organisation name where a visit has come from, including pages viewed. 3.2  Device means any device used by or connected to the company IT System or being capable of connecting to the company’s systems.


3.3  Embedded devices are used for monitoring operations or controlling access to the premises, for example time and attendance management systems, CCTV, intruder detection systems, fire alarms.


3.4  Software is any system which is used to control access to data or function controlled by a computer or an embedded device.


3.5  Internet access is the ability to access data outside of the company’s network, for example, web sites or customer portals.
